Private Venues and Catering~ Many clients enjoy the beauty of the islands at off-site venues that are not always easy to locate. We can tailor an experience that will fit your budget as well as your tastes. State-Wide Services~ PDS is part of a company specializing in travel to Hawaii for nearly half a century. This affords you competitive rates, quality services and professional staff dedicated to meeting the needs of your program. We provide on-site services on the six major islands. Theme Parties~ The possibilities are endless in the islands. From elegant to extravagant, we can put together an event that will WOW your participants! Photography and Video Services~ Many groups enjoy the memories a video or photo offers upon completion of a program. Our professionals provide photos ranging from couples to group shots. We also offer videos of the entire program or one particular event that can be edited to show at a final night dinner, or sent to you after completion. Dine-A-Rounds~ Let us suggest our favorite restaurants for your participants to sample our famous Pacific Rim Cuisine. We work closely with you on menus and tastes of the group. Amenities~ We can provide gourmet "Hawaiian" gift baskets, Hawaiian carvings, Aloha shirts, embroidered polo shirts or caps, and a wide variety of other amenities. Edible goodies include Maui potato chips, tropical juices, macadamia nut cookies and nuts. There are no limits to gifts big and small! Website Services~ When many of our groups visit Hawaii, they like to review their itinerary of events, activities available and other information that will pertain to their trip. We can develop a private web page / website for your group outlining the information you request.
